Washington D.C.

DC: Chinatown + Capitol Hill + Barracks Row

On our last full day in D.C., we met with our friend Nano for ramen at Daikaya in Chinatown! We really enjoyed exploring this neighborhood, even though it was smaller than we expected. Afterward, we headed to the Eastern Market neighborhood where we explored the market a bit, stopped by the famous Capitol Hill book store and took more photos of the beautiful townhomes. Then we walked all the way to Barracks Row because it was such a nice day. Funny enough we stumbled upon the home of the Commandant of the Marine Corps on the way, that was super unexpected!

^^ We had lemonade and hibiscus tea at Little Sesame while we waited for our table at Daikaya! ^^

^ Daikaya was a success!! It satisfied the ramen cravings of three Japan lovers! ^

Off to the Eastern Market!

^^ funny how there were even books in the bathroom, lol! ^^

Off to Barracks Row!
