Happy Birthday to the Man I Love!

Thursday, November 14th was Gustavo’s 23rd Birthday 🙂 I was so excited to finally be able to go all out for his birthday!

On November 12th we had birthday dinner with some friends at Yakiniku Goen which is a Korean BBQ restaurant, right by our base. They have All-You-Can-Eat and All-You-Can-Drink in an Hour options and let me tell you they were worth it because we ate so much food! In Korean Barbecue restaurants you order the raw meat and each table has a small BBQ where you cook your meat. It was so much fun!

i ate a deliciously fresh Caesar Salad, with chopsticks of course! Check out our table full of food.

I spent all my thursday afternoon wrapping his presents and i was anxious for his return home from work.

the birthday boy, home from work 🙂 Time to open presents!!
(ignore the boxes in the background)

Husband has a wide collection of alcohol at home and we didn’t have any cups to drink it in, so i got him glass margarita cups and a shaker, as well as glass beer mugs! He loved the presents and the smile on his face made my day.
We spent our afternoon/night at home. He made his favorite food for dinner, Arroz con Cebolla (which is Rice with Onions, Bacon and Mushrooms) with a steak he marinated the day before. It was the most delicious home cooked dinner i had eaten in a while. 😛
