Having a soon-to-be wedding in the New Year means that things are starting to look up! Invitations have been bought, wedding dress has been delivered and most of the planning is done. (Phew!) It’s been a stressful couple of months, especially since i’m at the other side of the world.. but there are still two months to go! (We can do this!)
One of my favorite parts of this whole wedding planning was searching for a way to ask my girlfriends to stand beside me on my big day. I wanted something unique, something that screamed – Laura! and after almost giving up on a cute idea, i decided that my girls deserved a proper invitation. Thanks to Etsy of course for saving the day!
There are so many options but in the end i went with a little brown gift package ( if you were wondering… yes, i am obsessed with brown wrapping paper) especially made for all my girlfriends, personalized with their names of course!!! 😉 The package included: a Bridesmaid pin, a Dates to Remember Card, a Bridesmaids Instructions and a Mini Notebook.
Fun fact: there will be three Laura’s in my wedding party! One of my best friends, my sister-in-law and of course, Me!
It was so exciting to send these little gift packages in the mail! I wish i could’ve seen my girlfriends faces but i know that no matter what, they were surprised and i bet they couldn’t stop smiling! I told them to send me an answer via “snail mail” but i was accepting it in any shape or form.
I got three answers via Facebook!

She wrote me a letter and added a dictionary page with the meaning of love in it. isn’t she the cutest?!
