After buying my wedding dress last June…
i’ve been searching the internet for months to find the accessories to go with my wedding look.
The shoes have been the trickiest. At first i wanted my “something blue” to be my shoes but i haven’t seen any blue shoes that i’ve loved, only some teal heels but lets face it – teal is not blue. Then i decided for a neutral colored shoe – gold, nude, silver, baby pink, etc. I think i have found the perfect pair but sadly they are “Out of Stock”, i will wait for an email that the shoes have been re-stocked and if i don’t receive it i shall sadly just move on to the next pair. These could be my “something new”.

At first i was sure i wanted a “statement necklace” but because i purchased an eccentric sash now i think it’ll just be too much. I’ll either wear my mom’s pearls as my “something borrowed” or i will not wear any necklace.

As for my earrings i had decided they were going to be my “something old”, i was going to shop at some vintage stores back home in hopes of finding some beautiful earrings. Now i’m torn between buying some “vintage-y” earrings i found on Ruche and wear them as my “something blue” instead.

That would leave the “something old”, but i have a ring (that i never take off) that was a gift from my dad to my mom back when they were dating and i think it would work perfectly as my “something old”.
Still have so many things to work out!!!!!
