Maybe it’s because Summer it’s just a couple of weeks away, or because we booked a weekend getaway to the Yaeyama Islands for our anniversary, or because the 36 hours: Asia & Oceania book i ordered came in the mail, or that my family finally booked their tickets to come visit us late this summer, or that i may possibly be going on a buy trip for work (hello, china, thailand or vietnam), but it’s safe to say i’ve got a case of the travel bug as a result of all of these. (yup that was a long sentence! haha)
It’s already feeling a little bit like summer here, the humidity is definitely creeping in but i can’t complain when the days are gorgeous! I am sooo excited to getaway for a weekend and just do nothing. But i’m overly excited for my mom, my two brothers and my sister-in-law to fly all the way to our side of the world! I can’t wait to pick them up, to have them freak out over driving on the left side of the road, to show them places i’ve blogged about, and for them to fall in love with this little island we call home.
