Hello Everyone!! I think it’s time for a little life update post don’t you think? I don’t know if you’ve kept up with my recent adventure of going back to school (!!!) on Instagram, so if you haven’t here is a little review on what’s going on in my life.
I started my last semester of college 3 weeks ago(hooray!) and I’m already going a little crazy because I am taking 6 classes!! I’ve been reading/studying non-stop and I’m just ready for it to be over! Haha! Truly i’ve been wondering how the heck I did this before while working.
It’s been a stressful transition for a few reasons. (1) I don’t know anyone at school. (2) I’m a Journalism major and besides blogging I haven’t written a single thing since moving to Okinawa. (3) My school is in Spanish and I haven’t spoken that much Spanish in the last few years, let alone write it. Thankfully the 2 professors of my 3 journalism classes are pretty nice, which has certainly helped lower my stress levels.
It’s been pretty weird being back at my Alma Mater after 3 years away! A lot of deja vu feelings during the first week. It’s so weird comparing how much i’ve changed to how little the school has, but I guess that’s how it works right?

Another big transition was moving back home with my mom and brothers, but i’m getting used to it. My mom lives pretty close to a train station, so I’ve been trying to walk as much as possible, my goal being everyday to and from school. Gotta keep my Fitbit numbers up!
The weeks have been sort of dragging on.. but i’m almost one month down! On the bright side, I just applied for graduation! (happy dance) I’m so close to being done with this chapter of my life. #IsItMayYet?

I have a few posts lined up from our Christmas Vacation, but I just need time to edit pictures and write. I’m hoping I have some time during this long weekend to write about all the fun things we did in Vieques, as well as Old San Juan and the San Sebastián Festival! So stay tuned!
